Founder, Austin Robertson has been involved in the architectural design of residential landscapes within the New York metropolitan area since 2004. Originally engaged in traditional colonial style design and mixed contemporary projects he spent over 10 years apprenticing under some of the states most sought after Designers and premier Horticulturists before opening up his own multi-disciplined design studio. Today he focuses on designing exceptional residential landscapes that are inspired by both traditional and modern design. The firm’s ability to redefine traditional style with a clean modern approach has developed into the signature of his practice.
Austin received his academic training at Rutgers State University School of Biological Sciences and has continued his coursework abroad researching traditional and emerging contemporary design throughout Asia giving him a unique perspective and blend of design. In addition, Austin has been engaged in Permaculture and Sustainable Design in Australia and New Zealand further expanding his multi-disciplinary approach. He also continues his studies regularly attending industry conferences through out the United States and Internationally.
Since opening his studio Austin has been primarily involved in the designing of residences along the coast of New Jersey but has continued to offer his work throughout the United States and Internationally. His work has received numerous awards and has been featured in various publications.
